Refreshed your racks? We buy the hardware you have taken out of service — and pay for it.
Most jobs run from first email to money in the account inside a week.
A rough list is fine. A photo of the asset tags is even better.
A written offer per unit, usually within one working day.
Free, insured, at a time that suits your site. Racked or palletised.
SEPA transfer once the hardware is checked in against the list.
Whole servers, or the parts left after you have stripped them.
1U and 2U, single or dual socket, any quantity from one upwards.
Xeon E5, Scalable and EPYC — loose trays or still in the board.
Registered DDR4 and DDR5. Our original speciality — we know it well.
SAS, SATA and NVMe, with or without caddies. Enterprise capacities.
Switches, transceivers, HBAs and NICs from 1G through 100G.
Data centre cards — Tesla, A-series and later. Strong prices.
Tell us where the hardware is standing. We arrange the transport and the insurance.
Elsewhere in the EU we quote case by case — send the list anyway and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you. If we cannot, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
We price per unit on what the hardware is worth in service.
The single biggest factor. A newer generation is worth many times an older one.
Core count and clock. Two identical chassis can be a long way apart.
Leave the memory in. It is usually worth more than the chassis around it.
Small parts, real money. Empty caddies and rail kits both add value.
Dual supplies fitted are worth more than a single, and far more than none.
Matched batches from one refresh price better than mixed odds and ends.
Collection runs as a matter of routine in Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria and Denmark. Elsewhere in the EU we quote case by case. Tell us where the hardware is and we will confirm collection when we send the valuation — and if we cannot reach you economically we will say so straight away.
In euro by SEPA transfer, to your company account, once the hardware has been checked in against the agreed list. If you are in a country outside the euro we can usually pay in your own currency instead — ask when you send the list. We do not pay cash.
Within one working day for most lists. We price per unit against what you have sent, in writing, so you can see exactly what is being offered for each line before you decide anything.
Because two servers of the same model can be worth very different money — the CPUs, memory, drives, caddies and PSUs all move it. A published figure would be wrong for most people. We would rather look at your actual list and give you a real number.
Both. One machine out of a cupboard or forty out of a refresh — the process is the same, though larger matched batches attract better per-unit pricing.
Your choice. Keep them and we price the server without, or include them and we price them in. Tell us which when you send the list.
No. We buy hardware that was working when it came out of service, because we sell it on to be used again.
Only for the paperwork, which we handle. Collection, transport and insurance are arranged by us, and you are paid in euro by SEPA transfer to your company account. We are PYCO RENEW LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16774881 — the full details are in the footer.
Send us the list. You will have your valuation within one working day.
